    What You’ll Do

    • Oversee our business office operations (billing, accounting, collections).

    • Keep records accurate, reports on point, and vendors paid.

    • Support residents and families with billing questions — with patience and a smile.

    • Manage files, petty cash, and day-to-day office essentials.

    • Pitch in wherever needed to help the community thrive.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2–3 years in business office/admin roles (senior living or healthcare a plus).

    • Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Excel is your friend).

    • Organized, detail-driven, and customer-service minded.

  • A willingness to be CMA certified is a must. Our certified medication aides (CMA) perform resident care responsibilities in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort. They will perform within the guidelines of the community's policies and procedures as well as state/federal guidelines and regulations. The CMA administers medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The ideal candidate will have a desire for accuracy in all aspects of their job requirements. They understand the importance of excellent communication skills and compassionate care to our residents. This position acts as a leader within the clinical team.

  • Unlicensed Caregiver. Our resident aides will provide assistance and support with residents' activities of daily living in a professional, kind, and caring manner. They will assist residents with hygiene, nutritional needs, and social needs. The RA assists in the community with light housekeeping in the residents' rooms, dining room, and common areas. The ideal candidate will be energetic in providing quality and compassionate care to our residents.

  • Experience in food service is preferred. Our Dietary Aide / Cook will assist with preparation, serving, and handling of food in accordance with all federal and state regulations and the dietary program implemented by AHSL. They assist with the presentation of food in an appetizing and attractive manner. The ideal candidate exhibits an enthusiastic attitude while delivering the dining service to our residents.
